Vision Statement

Hi.  I’m John Pope…a
cinematographer based out of northeast Ohio. I am an artist who thrives on inspiration from all cultures and places in life…constantly looking for new ways to see the world through unorthodox eyes.  I’m a collaborator and love being part of a team that I can trust to push me creatively every step of the way.

I decided I wanted to be a cinematographer because of all of the stories that made me want to get up and change the way I think, try something new, ask questions about myself and the way I live and share my hope in humanity.  The experiences that have moved me, drive me to create experiences that move others.

Ice cream makes my day.  Music is and always will be a huge part of who I am.  I believe that taking time to stop and appreciate what you have is just as important as working really hard for what you want.  I aspire to do great things for others.  Jesus is legit.

Most of all, I wouldn’t be the man I am today without my wife and two daughters, whom I love more than anything in this world.
